The absence of diversity in soccer organisations is part of the issue in handling racism, ” says Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany.

“That is the true issue, if you go through the boards in Uefa or Fifa, the Olympic League or even the English League, there’s a true absence of diversity.
“In case you don’t have diversity in places of power such as boardrooms then you can’t have the right decisions in terms of sanctions – it’s a simple as that.”
Lukaku, who transferred from Manchester United to Inter in the summer, was subjected to monkey chants as he scored a punishment for his side’s winner in a 2-1 victory.
A bunch of Inter Milan fans assert Cagliari supporters were revealing Lukaku a kind of”esteem” and also the the abuse was gamesmanship.
